I have such gratitude for people who are willing to be vulnerable and ask for help when they need it, especially for their own growth. I am incredibly passionate about supporting people who are affected by eating disorders. With the blend of my values and my experience, I can authentically guide you on your journey to recovery.

My Experience

Since 2010, I have been working in the field of eating disorders. I have held positions in operations and outreach at multiple levels of care including outpatient, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization. Because of this experience, I have a great understanding of eating disorder treatment at all levels of care and I am lucky to be well connected to resources across the country. It’s important to me to remain educated and knowledgeable, so I try my best to stay current in new research findings, advocacy efforts, treatment programs, therapeutic practices and more.

In 2018 at a treatment program in Denver, I formed and led a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) committee - a task-force of dedicated and passionate employees who help the organization become better equipped to support underrepresented groups. I view eating disorders through a social justice lens and I am Health At Every Size® (HAES) aligned.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from University of Colorado Boulder, where I focused on interpersonal communication and conflict management. I am a founding member of the Colorado Community Collaborative for Eating Disorders and I am a Board Member for The Eating Disorder Foundation. Currently, I am a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)® from the Institute of Diversity Certification.

I love to play golf, cook, enjoy the outdoors, and spend time with my family & friends. I am also a birth doula. But what I love the most is connecting with people - connection is the fuel of my life.
